Alchemy Forest Bathing
Find calm, ease, and presence with a private immersion in the forest.
You will be guided through a series of invitations designed to help you slow down, connect deeply with nature, and tune into your inner wisdom. Recover from burnout, gain clarity, and feel the support you need to embark on your most authentic path forward.
Modalities include guided meditation, Reiki energy healing, nature-connection practice, breathwork, sound healing, and more.

Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. As a certified Reiki Level 2 healer, I will act as a channel for life force energy to send healing where you need it most — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
The benefits of Reiki include increased energy, decreased pain and stress, improved sleep and emotional state, and much more. Your personalized healing session can be done in-person or online.

As a certified Wayfinder life coach, I help my clients live out their life’s purpose by finding more clarity, navigating difficult life transitions and circumstances, and working through limiting thoughts and beliefs.
